Abstracto matérico 3 2022

We are familiarized with the traditional bidimensional paintings as an abstract or recognizable image constructed with different types of mediums over a wide range of materials. My abstract paintings rely solely on recycled acrylic household paint, there is no objective or symbolic cultural images to be interpret. The layers of paint folds in itself developing tension and compressions forces manifesting a tridimensional abstract materic crosscut often mistaken by the viewer as a fabric or paper. The artwork reminds us of the universe space-time fabric structures often depicted in astrophysics images, … we partake the same infinite journey.
